    先把沙谷米浸在水里30分钟,沥干。Soak the sago in water for 30 minutes and then drain.

    把细砂糖加入自己喜爱色素或是果汁里拌均匀,然后倒入沙谷里混合均匀。Mix the fine sugar with your preferred food coloring or juice until well combined, then pour it into the sago and mix thoroughly.

    然后倒入抹了油的模具里或杯子里,放入蒸锅蒸25分钟。Pour the mixture into oiled molds or cups, and steam for 25 minutes.

    蒸好后将沙谷米糕取出,待凉。Once steamed, remove the sago cake from the molds and let it cool.

    把盐混合在椰丝里,混合均匀,蒸5分钟。Mix salt into the shredded coconut, ensuring it is well combined, and steam for 5 minutes.

    Step 6

    沙谷糕冷却后脱模切片,裹上椰丝即可享用。Once the sago cake has cooled, remove it from the mold, slice it, and coat with shredded coconut before serving.
